Reports and statistics enable clients to monitor accounts and agency performance. Not only does our system generate any number of standard or customized reports to show account activity, it also generates internal management reports to illustrate agency/collector route organization, productivity and accomplishment. Examples of potentially applicable reports follow but, by no means, represent the extent of available reporting.

Routine account reports communicate activity such as: cancellations and the reason, account progress and inventory data. Monthly activity statements officially communicate payment detail, even though payments may be received by clients.

These and other reports, customized to meet specific criteria, are available monthly or at other intervals as requested.
