If letters do not initiate a response, a telephone call is made by special collectors to once again request payment.

All letters and telephone calls are automatically managed and generated by Martel, with a full report of activity.

Pre-Collection is convenient. Just provide Martel with debtor demographics (name, address, telephone number, amount due, itemized statement).
